About LuvNation Agency
Founded in Douala by Charles Onambele, LuvNation Agency supports young African footballers as they build their careers. Our work combines talent identification, match observation, profile analysis and, when a compliant mandate is in place, representation and career follow-up. We develop this work with players, their families, academies and confirmed club partners.
We want players’ potential to be supported by reliable information, careful preparation and decisions made in their interests. Our ambition reaches from Cameroon to international football, with a focus on integrity, transparency and long-term development.
Our commitment
We listen to each player, verify sporting and contractual information, then define suitable next steps. AfriTalent gathers observed profiles and applications; an observed talent is not automatically represented. Our player protection projects and scouting events are presented according to their actual status. We do not promise a guaranteed trial, contract or transfer.
Our purpose
We identify young African footballers and assess their circumstances before discussing opportunities. With each player, their family and, where relevant, their academy, we seek to understand their goals, environment and possible development steps. Our priority is to help players make sound football career decisions over time.

My commitment to football is reflected in observing players, understanding their circumstances and speaking with the people around them. As a FIFA-licensed football agent registered with The Football Association, I want every decision to be based on verified information and a transparent relationship.
A young player needs time to develop, appropriate guidance and an environment that protects them. We work with their family, academy and the clubs involved to set realistic goals, monitor their progress and pursue opportunities that truly fit their journey.
