How we work
Our method starts by listening to the player and their support network. We observe, verify and organise follow-up around their age, education and sporting level.
Observe on the field
Our work includes matches, academy visits, scouting days and events organised by the agency or its partners. Video and verifiable sporting information complement field observation.
Build a plan
With the player and relevant people, we set priorities for training, matches, recovery, school and upcoming milestones. Regular reviews, including weekly meetings where the programme calls for them, help adjust the plan.
Assess and support
We record progress, discuss difficulties and prepare next decisions carefully. Follow-up may include player portfolios, professional club relationships and image management with the necessary permissions.
